Thank you for the wonderful stay! The view of the creek was beautiful!! We enjoyed opening our windows in the morning and listening to the creek flow as we were waking up. The staff in the office were very nice and helpful. The cabin was a perfect place for our crazy family to wind down after a long day of riding on the trails. P.S. to the other riders, Rochford is a beautiful place to ride.

Great Rally every year! Always a joy to be here. A time and place, not like where we come from. Riding on a bike, great roads here. =) Good to see the pines, hills, people. A deal or two in town. Stay well - happy as God will provide all.

We had a house full and it worked great. The kids had a fun tubing and the community fire pit was great. The bed was comfy and we had a good night sleep, even with the road so close. The staff is bery helpful and enjoyed talking to them. We will definitely stay here again!

We brought the ATV and side by side down to hit the trails in the Black Hills. We LOVED the cabin. We will be back!

05/25 - 05/31/2019

Hmmm, it was a slightly drunken blur, and sometimes a chaotic stor, snow left over from earlier in the week but ended warm with some thunder. Bunny caught 14.5 brownie, Joe a 15.25 rainbow and Jr. won with a 16.75 brown. Bunny losing said fishing contest landed him the title of captain peyroney, no walleye at the wind infested hole but lots of rainbows biting at Deerfield. Jr. won up there also with 10 carp. Delicious cookout Thursday of backstraps and Jackie nailed it with chicken fried steaks. Clan all gathered Friday for fish fry…Stacy, Les, Jackie, Starla, John, Joe, Paul, Bunny…til next time.

Starla is the BEST! Loved the place - very comfortable temp and loved 3 rooms for our 3 travelers to sleep apart. LOVED being by stream. I’ll be back. Very refreshing. Thank you!

Hard to leave! It’s been some tough, cold weather but we pushed through it. Good group to enjoy time with.

We love Log Hut. Very comfortable. Even caught a trout in the stream. If I were going to build a cabin in the Hills it would be just like this one, maybe a bigger bathroom…haha. P.S. Loved the dishes!
